Properties: Clear colorless liquid. Faint aromatic odor. Viscosity 78-85(20°C), solidifying point <-20°C, fp 220°C, bp. 235-255°C(4mmHg), n_D 1.553-1.556(25°C). Soluble in benzene, alcohol, ether.

Characteristics: Flame retarding plasticizer. Excellent resistance to water, oil and bacteria, electro-insulating. Used as flame retardant or plasticizer in PVC, PE, synthetic resin, rubber and cellulose products. Imparts excellent processability and stain/mildew/abrasion resistance. Also used as fuel additive, lubricant additive, hydraulic fluid additive.
